Lisa completed law through the Legal Profession Admission Board, University of Sydney in September 2016. Prior to her admission as a lawyer, Lisa gained a wealth of practical legal experience working as a Paralegal and Legal Secretary in various law firms, including a leading industrial relations law firm, accredited criminal law practice and a large national firm. Lisa works within Keypoint’s employment and industrial law team and has experience working on various matters including restraint of trade litigation; drafting enterprise agreements and employment contracts; modern awards compliance; sexual harassment; discrimination and sensitive terminations; workplace policy creation; unfair dismissals and general protections; and underpayment of wages claims.

Lisa acts for both individual and corporate clients and provides commercial legal advice and support together with a very personable service.

Lisa was recognised in the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in the area of Labour and Employment Law. She was also shortlisted as a finalist in the Women in Law Awards ‘Rising Star of the Year (SME Law)’ for two consecutive years (2021 and 2020), and was named a finalist for the Australian Law Awards ‘Rising Star of the Year (2020)’.

Lisa’s team was shortlisted as a finalist in 2020 in the Australian Law Awards for the category of Workplace Relations and Employment Law Team of the Year.
