Keypoint Law is delighted to announce that it has been appointed to the Commonwealth Legal Services Multi-Use List (LSMUL) in all three core legal service categories – Government and Administrative Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Dispute Resolution and Litigation.  The LSMUL provides Commonwealth Government agencies with a pre-approved list of law firms for the purposes of procuring legal services.

Keypoint Law CEO Warren Kalinko stated:

We have been appointed to the LSMUL because of the expertise of the talented senior lawyers on our team, our experience working with government, and our ability to tailor our approach to service delivery and pricing structure to suit the government’s changing needs.  This appointment marks our arrival as a competitive new entrant in the legal market for government services.”

Keypoint Law’s Government team includes recently appointed Consulting Principal Lora Shaw, who is based in Canberra.  Lora specialises in providing strategic advice to Commonwealth entities on major infrastructure and ICT projects, procurement contracts and information governance, and has a deep understanding of the complexities of working with government.  Lora’s expertise in government services was recognised by her inclusion in the Australian Financial Review’s ‘Best Lawyers in Australia’ listing for 2014 for Government Practice.

Ms Shaw said:

Keypoint Law’s innovative service delivery model and pricing structure is perfectly suited to these challenging economic times, when the government is under constant pressure to do more with less.   Our unique firm structure will give our government clients the ability to access the expertise of talented and experienced senior lawyers, under a competitive pricing structure that can be tailored to meet the client’s needs.”
