Keypoint Law is delighted to announce that talented litigator Vaughan Hager has joined its Melbourne office.
Vaughan is highly regarded for his commercial acumen as well as his desire to resolve matters as expeditiously as possible. Prior to joining Keypoint, Vaughan was a partner in a boutique Melbourne law firm and, before that, was a senior associate and associate at Mills Oakley and Norton Gledhill, respectively.
Vaughan’s practice focuses on insolvency, corporate restructures and commercial litigation, and he acts for a number of Melbourne’s leading insolvency practitioners. Vaughan also specialises in defamation law, having acted in several high-profile defamation suits both for media organisations and against them.
Vaughan’s joining coincides with the firm relocating its Melbourne Office to level 35 of 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
Warren Kalinko, Keypoint’s CEO commented:
“Vaughan’s joining represents a milestone for Keypoint in a number of ways. It brings our team of Melbourne Consulting Principals to five, with our Melbourne practice now covering Property, Tax, Litigation and Insolvency. It also establishes Keypoint as a significant player in the Insolvency area, with the firm’s Insolvency team now comprising six senior lawyers nationally. We’re delighted that Vaughan has joined our firm”.
Vaughan said of his appointment:
“I am very excited to have recently joined Keypoint. I am looking forward to continuing to build strong relationships with my clients and to working with Keypoint’s many other principals. In particular, I am excited to be joining at a time of real momentum for the Melbourne practice and to working together to continue the firm’s development as a premium boutique brand”.
