Keypoint Law is delighted to announce that it has appointed commercial and dispute resolution lawyer Suzy Schmitz to the firm, based in Melbourne.         

Suzy has over 15 years’ private practice experience, with a strong background in intellectual property and technology law.  Her expertise includes negotiating and documenting commercial transactions as well as acting in disputes such as misuse of data claims, and brand protection actions.   She works with entrepreneurs and tech start-ups though to SMEs and multinationals across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in the digital and retail space.   Suzy’s strong private practice background with Clayton Utz in Australia and leading UK firms Keystone Law and Kemp Little is complemented by her tremendous in-house experience, having led the Northern European legal team of FTSE 100 company, Reckitt Benckiser.
