Keypoint Law is delighted to announce that Iain Hogg has joined the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. Iain joins Keypoint from Fortune 500 company MRC Global, where he was Director of Legal and Company Secretary for the Asia-Pacific region.
Iain is an accomplished corporate and commercial lawyer with expertise across a range of industries including oil and gas, ports stevedoring and logistics, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution. He is a qualified lawyer in Australia, the UK and South Africa, with more than 17 years of transactional experience on projects in Australia, the EU and Asia.
