Rachel joins Keystone from Field Seymour Parkes, Reading, where she was a partner. She also spent seven years with Hogan Lovells. Rachel’s arrival raises the number of partner-level lawyers in the employment team to 17.

Over the past 15 years, Rachel has established an impressive reputation in resolving complex employment problems for global and domestic corporations, in particular those in the professional services, technology, education and charity sectors.

Rachel advises on all aspects of employment law but has a keen focus on guiding and training employers to spot potential problems and defuse workplace bombs before they explode. She particularly assists employers and senior executives with exit strategies that work for all parties; should a situation escalate, Rachel also has extensive litigation experience. She advises on reorganisations in a practical and commercial manner.

Rachel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has sat on the consultation board of the Practical Law Company (PLC) employment law section.

James Knight, Managing Director at Keystone Law, commented:

“We are delighted to welcome Rachel to Keystone Law. Her experience of advising international and domestic companies on all aspects of UK employment law will be a great asset to the firm and our growing international client base.”

Rachel added:

“I am so pleased to be joining Keystone. Its innovative structure means I will have much more time to concentrate on my clients’ needs than in a traditional law firm. I am looking forward to working with an impressive collection of highly experienced commercial colleagues.”
