Keystone Law is pleased to welcome Francesca Lee to the firm. Francesca has served as Legal Counsel at Shell (HK) Limited and General Electric Capital Corporation (GE), and brings the number of lawyers in the firm’s corporate team to 28.

Francesca has extensive experience of cross-border and international mergers, sales, acquisitions and joint ventures. She also advises on private equity, venture capital funds and angel investment funding, as well as on debt finance and entry or investment into new markets.

Whilst at GE she acted on the acquisition by GE Capital of the credit card and equipment leasing businesses in Indonesia from PE Astra Sedaya Finance, and simultaneously negotiated and set up a new joint venture company between the parties to enable GE Capital to own and operate the business in Indonesia

Francesca was awarded “Women in Law 2014” in Business Affairs by Lawyer Monthly magazine in March 2014.
