Using collaborative law to resolve disputes

Keypoint Law is delighted to announce that our Consulting Principal Penny Pengilley will be joining other senior Victorian lawyers on a panel discussing best practice for resolving disputes in a way which preserves value before it is diminished by litigation.  Penny’s focus will be on the use of collaborative law as a means of preserving value in shareholder disputes.

The panel forms part of a one day workshop being run by renowned US-based author J Kim Wright, author of “Lawyers as Peacemakers” and “Lawyers as Change Makers“.

For those wishing to attend, a link to the workshop can be accessed here.
