About Keypoint Law
Warren's role is to lead and build the Keypoint Law business in Australia. He is an experienced commercial lawyer who began his career with Mallesons Stephen Jaques, and was head of legal for the OneSteel business, a $3b division of ASX-listed Arrium Limited. Warren has also held a number of corporate roles with growth companies in the technology sector.

James co-founded Keystone Law in 2002 and, as Managing Partner, now focuses on Keystone’s day to day operations as well as the firm’s strategic direction and growth. James qualified as a solicitor in 1992 with City firm, Trowers and Hamlins. He practised as a commercial lawyer in Oman, Dubai and Hong Kong before returning to England in 1999.

Lucas has experience of private company investment and operational management across a number of industries, which has included positions in Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States. He is currently CEO of an international software company based in San Francisco and is a Board member of other growth companies.

Alison provides administrative support to Keypoint Lawyers & staff through Central Office as Practice Manager. Prior to joining Keypoint, Alison worked at international law firm Fragomen, overseeing operations of the Australian and New Zealand practices.

Cristyn is an experienced executive, who was previously CFO for Novogen Ltd, an ASX/NASDQ listed early-stage biotech company. At Novogen, she was a member of the executive leadership team, with responsibility for Finance, Human Resources and Administration. Prior to this, she was Head of Finance and Chief Strategy Officer for a mid-sized global design and manufacturing company. Earlier in her career, Cristyn ran an accounting, bookkeeping and consultancy business for SMEs including a number of law firms. Cristyn holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Tax Institute, and is currently completing her Chartered Secretaries course.

Tien is a Masters graduate in accounting from the University of Technology Sydney with diverse accounting experience in health, fashion and the startup sector. Tien provides administrative and accounting support to the Keypoint lawyers and operational team.
