Jesse works within Keypoint’s employment and industrial team, and represents a broad range of clients, including individuals, start-ups, SMEs, and ASX 200 companies, across a variety of litigious and non-contentious matters.
Jesse regularly represents clients in the Federal and State Courts in relation to litigious employment law matters, including restraint of trade, unfair dismissal and general protections applications, underpayment claims, employment contracts, industrial disputes, and work health and safety matters. Jesse prides himself on providing clear, commercial, and practical advice to his clients.
Prior to joining Keypoint Law, Jesse practised in the areas of employment and workers’ compensation law at a boutique law firm in Adelaide before making the move to Sydney to join the team. Jesse was admitted to the legal profession in 2020 after graduating from a Bachelor of Laws and International Studies at the University of Adelaide.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys travelling, learning languages, and sport.
