Joshua advises clients across a range of industries on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, fundraising, and general corporate advisory and securities law matters.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney. He is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
