Kay is a lawyer with extensive experience in succession, wills and estates law. Kay has advised clients in estate planning and estate administration (including probate and letters of administration), and trusts and estates disputes, including family provision claims and contested probate. Her background in private wealth, tax and commercial law allows her to advise clients wholistically

Kay is a former Senior Lawyer at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, where she was responsible for a team with a focus on trust and estates litigation, including defending estates from family provision claims, contested probate applications, breach of trust claims, and judicial advice. Prior to this, Kay worked in private practice undertaking a range of succession planning, estate administration and estate litigation, and in financial services where she was responsible for a team of lawyers advising on estate planning (including Wills with testamentary trusts), family trusts and powers of attorney.

Kay has experience at an international firm, mid-tier firms and in house, undertaking taxation, corporate and estate matters, and has a Masters of Applied Law (Wills & Estates).

Kay is a passionate lawyer with a wealth of experience, providing tailored and practical legal advice to a broad range of clients to ensure their estate planning, estate administration and litigation can be resolved realistically and favourably.

Kay joined Keypoint in 2024 as a Special Counsel and is based in Sydney.
