Sara has over 20 years of experience in property and other law, advising listed corporations, SME’s, listed property trusts, developers, national landlords and tenants on a diverse range of property law.
Sara advises on all aspects of developments, subdivisions, aged care and retirement leases, the national rental affordability scheme, easements, by-laws, and additional transactions pertaining to property.
Sara has a wide range of experience representing the interests of both landlords and tenants, including aged care providers, retirement villages operators, national retailers, shopping centres, import and export companies and telecommunication carriers.
Her experience extends to solar and wind farming projects, along with other renewable energy ventures.
Sara is committed to providing high quality, commercially minded legal advice, recognising the needs of clients at all levels with a personalised and meticulous service.

Experience
Some examples of Sara’s experience include:
- Property due diligence, land purchase transaction and associated leases for two aged care facilities and associated retirement village land in conjunction with the land transfer in northern NSW;
- Managing the national property leasing portfolio for a national retailer involving thirty new shop openings per year;
- Advising developers on developments including all transactional aspects of the development, including purchasing, planning and off the plan contract preparation through to completion of the off the plan development and sales;
- Negotiating and drafting leases of sites to telecommunications carriers for the purposes of providing telecommunications facilities;
- Advising on and negotiating a number of large solar and wind farm leases with associated documentation;
- Assisting in market rent negotiations for an import /export company;
- Advising on and negotiating an option deed and contract for the sale of a residential property to a developer; and
- End-to-end retail leasing for a New South Wales based University.
