Keypoint welcomes Sophia Kailis, a senior commercial lawyer, with a strong background in business advisory, including directors’ duties, governance, contracts, share and asset transactions, intellectual property and technology, and commercial litigation. Sophia advises at all levels, including start-ups, SMEs, ASX-listed companies, associations, and individuals.

Sophia is a board member of the Association of Litigation Funders of Australia (AALF), which collaborates with the government, legislators, regulators, and other policy makers to shape the regulatory environment for litigation funding in Australia.

Commenting on her appointment, Sophia said:

“I am delighted to join the team at Keypoint here in Perth, and look forward to working alongside a strong cohort of exceptional lawyers.”
