Keypoint Law is delighted to welcome Catherine Bell to the firm as a Consulting Principal, based in Melbourne.
Catherine has over 25 years’ experience in construction and infrastructure law, advising on construction projects and acting in and resolving construction disputes.
Her experience includes litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, as well as advising on project delivery, contract drafting and administration, and contract risks.
She also has significant experience in security of payment disputes and advising various industry participants (including insolvency practitioners) on strategic use of rights for recovering outstanding payments under construction contracts.
Catherine joins Keypoint from Melbourne firm KHQ Lawyers, where she was lead principal solicitor of the Construction and Engineering team. Prior to this, Catherine was a partner at Colin Biggers & Paisley and Cornwall Stodart.
Catherine has been recognised by Best Lawyers and Doyle’s Guide for her expertise in Construction and Infrastructure, particularly in the area of disputes and dispute resolution.
