We are delighted to announce that Keypoint Law has been re-appointed to the Commonwealth Government’s Whole of Government Legal Services Panel (Panel) for a further 3 years.

The firm’s first appointment to this Panel was in 2018 and since then, our national team has worked across several Cth departments, including the Bureau of Meteorology, the Department of Health and Aged Care, the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Austrade, the Australian Financial Security Authority, and others.  Our Consulting Principals engaged directly with agencies to provide legal advice or litigation in the three sub-areas of law: Administrative Law, Public Law, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency & Bankruptcy.

The successful re-appointment to this Panel selects Keypoint as a legal provider for the following areas:

  • Corporate and Commercial (General) – all sub-areas, including litigation; and
  • Legal Support Services (secondments).

“Congratulations to all our participating Consulting Principals on this reappointment. The successful outcome reinforces our reputation as a leading provider of high-quality legal services to the government and highlights the exceptional talent of our team.”, says Keypoint Law’s CEO, Warren Kalinko.
