Keypoint Law uniquely offers a full range of legal and business advisory services across the Pacific Islands. We specialise in assisting companies with creating, managing, expanding and selling their businesses in the Pacific region.
Our multi-jurisdictional law firm has substantial experience in advising companies on their domestic and cross-border investments and operations across the Pacific Islands. We focus on New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji and French Polynesia. In partnership with our UK-based sister firm, Keystone Law, we are also able to offer our services in Kiribati and Tuvalu.
Our team is led by a dual qualified Australian and French lawyer who has worked in Australia, France and the Pacific Islands, and understand those jurisdictions’ legal systems, business environments and cultures. As well as our extensive in-house capacity, Keypoint Law has a well-developed network of local expert lawyers who assist us when necessary.
We are actively involved in the Pacific Island business community through business organisations such as the Australia-Pacific Islands Business Council and the Australia-Papua New Guinea Business Council.
